Our Team

Mike Sharples began his career as a professional investment and financial advisor in 1993. Sharples has built and directed two highly successful branch offices for another firm before starting his own independent firm in 2010.

Sharples holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Michigan State University. In 1996 he passed the board examination to qualify for the financial professional designation of CFP^®.

A featured speaker for professional groups and educational events, Sharples has appeared weekly on a CBS Television affiliate to offer financial experience during the nightly news.

Sharples has built a practice designed to help investors build wealth, preserve wealth and transfer wealth based on a financial advising program . His desire is that his systematic and conservative approach can help his clients work toward a more stable financial future.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina State University in Sports Management with a Minor in Psychology. She has previously worked in customer support and case management roles for an employee benefits firm. She also has experience in event management and administration, including the Winston-Salem Open tennis event (part of the ATP World Tour).
